This app is a budget you keep. Most of it never leaves your phone, and the parts that do are there because you asked for them. This page says exactly what happens to your information, in the order it matters.

The short version

Use the app without an account and nothing leaves your phone — we do not know you exist, and we never ask for your email.

Sign in and move your budget to the cloud, and it is copied to servers we run so your family can reach it. Nothing else changes.

We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking or profiling of any kind. There is no third party watching what you record.

Who is responsible

Kadir Bozkurt · 5027 Sokak No: 98 Kat: 2, Karabağlar, İzmir, Türkiye

For anything about your information, write to kadirbozkurt005@gmail.com. A person reads it.

What is on your phone

Everything you record: entries, wallets, categories, recurring rules, notes and any files you attach. This lives in a database on the device.

If you set a PIN, its salted hash and your reminder are kept in the phone’s own keystore — the Keychain on iOS, the Keystore on Android. We do not hold a copy, which is why a forgotten PIN cannot be recovered.

Nothing here is sent anywhere while your budget is on this phone only.

What travels when you sign in

Signing in needs an email address. We use it to send a one-time code and to recognise you afterwards. There is no password.

Moving your budget to the cloud copies your entries, wallets, categories, recurring rules and the record of who changed what to servers we run, so the people you invite can read the same budget from their own phones.

Files you attach stay on the phone for now. When cloud storage for attachments is switched on, this page will say so before it happens.

Who else is involved

The servers that hold a shared budget are operated by us on infrastructure we rent. Files, when they move, are stored with Cloudflare R2, within the European Union.

Payment is taken by Stripe, and RevenueCat tells us whether your subscription is active. We never see your card details. If the app is ever sold through Apple's or Google's store, they join this list and this page is updated before that happens.

That is the whole list. Nobody buys, sells or receives your information for any other purpose.

How long it is kept

A budget on your phone lasts until you delete it. Deleting it there deletes it completely and at once.

A shared budget is kept while it is in use. When you delete it, there is a week in which you can change your mind, and after that it is removed for good — entries, files, members and history together.

Freezing is different: nothing is deleted, and everything is waiting when you come back.

What you can ask for

A copy of everything, at any time: Settings has an export that writes a file you can read without this app. It works whether or not you are signed in, and whether or not you are paying.

Correction, deletion, or a copy in a portable form — the first two you can do yourself in the app, and the third is the export. If you would rather ask us, write to kadirbozkurt005@gmail.com and we will answer within thirty days.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority if you think we have got this wrong.

Children

This app is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly keep information about them. If you believe a child has used it, write to us and we will remove what there is.

Changes to this page

If what we do with your information changes, this page changes first, and the app tells you before the change takes effect. We do not make quiet changes.
